Dana McKenzie is a shareholder of Wolf, Rohr,
McKenzie and Gemberling, P.A. Ms. McKenzie practices both
litigation and collaborative law. She is also a mediator, Consensual Special
Magistrate, and Financial and Social Early Neutral Evaluator. Ms. McKenzie has
an extensive background in the area of child support, having served as the
Manager of Policy and Planning for the Minnesota Department of Human Services,
Child Support Enforcement Division and as a member of the Board of Directors
for the National Child Support Enforcement Association. Ms. McKenzie has served
on a number of state and federal committees and workgroups related to child
support including the federal medical support workgroup and the federal tribal
child support workgroup and as the co-chair for the assisted reproductive
technologies subcommittee of the Minnesota Uniform Parentage Act task force.
Ms. McKenzie is the co-author of the chapter "Paternity Issues and
Trends" of the Minnesota Custody and Child Support Deskbook. She is a frequent CLE and keynote speaker and writes a weekly
family law appellate case law summary read by over 500 Minnesota family law professionals.
